"It's a great location, with beautiful ocean views, a big terrace, 3 comfortable bedrooms, 2 baths. The place was spotless and everything was in great working order. It's in the Alexander hotel so you have access to all of their amenities -- pool, poolside restaurant, beach, indoor restaurant, gift shop, spa, workout room. Mark was very responsible and easy to deal with!"

"Omg, fantastic! This place was by far the nicest place we've stayed in in Florida since we've been coming down here. The pool/ocean/hot tub right out the back door was downright inspirational :-) There were a couple days where we never left the resort except for groceries and liquor! Communication was always super prompt and the place was spotless. We'll be coming back next year!"

"We were three generations of travelers. My 83 yr old mother along with my 27 yr old daughter with myself came to Miami during COVID 19. I was very nervous but once we walked into the resort and the condo, we could see this was the right place. Mark was excellent and responsive to our needs and we totally enjoyed ourselves. We felt safe and the condo was perfect. The clean decor and whiteness of the floors showed the fresh and cleanliness of the space. The beach front views were spectacular. The value was on point. We're coming back! Thanks for one of the best trips ever! Thank you Mark!"

"Mark's place is beautiful! Incredible view even from inside the apartment! The apartment has mirrors and windows everywhere so the view seems infinite. The building has a great location and you can walk right onto the beach from the pool. There is food and drink service at the beach, and you can rent chairs and jet skis. Everyone was friendly and helpful in the building and all the hallways smell good! We loved our stay!"

"I came back to Miami for a weekend visit for my friends birthday. Mark was very professional and welcoming from start to finish. This condo was sparkling clean when I arrived, and the apartment actually looked better in person then the photos showed. The views are amazing. You get two serene views. One overlooking the ocean, and the other of the homes on the lake. The apartment is very spacious for families or larger groups to come and have their individual space without feeling on top of each other. Not only was Mark very welcoming, but the staff at the Alexander was everything. They were the sweetest, and accommodating as well. I would definitely recommend this beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo to anyone looking to spend a luxurious stay in Miami. Your close to everything. The beach is a 5 min walk past the pool, and south beach is a 10 min drive. Very convenient to everything you need to relax and have fun. Thank you Mark for opening your home to my friends and I. Appreciate you man!"

"Don't let the construction zone/grunginess of the hotel around the condo fool you. When you walk into this condo, it's like you've been transported into a luxury condo building. The bathrooms are perfect, clean, and updated. The beds were super comfy. The living space was the perfect size. And the balcony was the absolute best part! Beach access is super easy and you can order drinks and food at the bar to be delivered to you ON THE BEACH. Even the security desk was super helpful when we had questions or needed to store our things. Highly recommend, especially for group trips!"
